IT Security Manager

The IT Security division of the IAS (IT Administration and Support) department at our’s client is looking for an IT Security Manager for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

If you have experience in IAM and PAM, and you're ready to lead identity and access management processes in a dynamic and growing environment, we want to hear from you!

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Daily management of identities and access rights (joiner/mover/leaver) within the IAM framework.
• Manage privileged identities under the PAM framework.
• Support the team in implementing access for new applications.
• Coordinate with users to ensure proper identity management and access rights are maintained.
• Collaborate with the team and internal coordinator to ensure smooth operations and integration into the existing security environment.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrator for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Advanced skills in access rights analysis and design using the RBAC model.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and EntraID (AzureAD) is essential.
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes and RACF is a plus but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with One Identity Manager is a plus, but not mandatory.
• CyberArk knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
• Understanding of PKI and certificates is an additional plus, but not necessary.

➕ Plus:

• Fluency in French is a prerequisite; proficiency in other languages such as Luxembourgish, German, or English is a plus.
• Ability to integrate well into a small, collaborative team (8 people).
