UI/UX Designer

Zoop is an innovative creator economy platform that provides creators with tools to monetize their influence and engage deeply with their fanbase. We offer creators multiple ways to grow their communities and increase their revenue streams, all within a seamless and intuitive digital experience.

Zoop is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in both user experience design and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX research, with the ability to analyze and implement optimizations based on user data and feedback. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user journey on our platform, ensuring we remain user-focused and data-driven as we grow.

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for Zoop’s platform, ensuring smooth user interactions across web and mobile.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life and guide development.
• Apply user-centered design principles to ensure the platform is easy to use and aesthetically engaging.

UX Research & Optimization:

• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights and data that drive design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure that all designs are informed by both quantitative data (e.g., user analytics) and qualitative research.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually compelling graphics, icons, banners, and other assets that support the overall platform experience and align with Zoop’s brand.
• Maintain a consistent visual language throughout the platform, ensuring all visual elements reflect Zoop’s identity and values.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions.
• Actively participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and cross-functional team discussions.

Creativity & Innovation:

• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Propose creative solutions to complex problems, ensuring that both usability and aesthetic appeal are balanced.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on creative and graphic design.
• Proven experience in UX research methodologies and applying research insights to optimize product design.

Skills:

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong graphic design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability tests, and user analytics to drive product improvements.
• Expertise in creating responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
