Salary Range: €50,000 – €85,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic tech team in Utrecht. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative, data-driven solutions within the real estate sector. As a backend developer, you will play a critical role in integrating hybrid valuation models, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable .NET applications focused on real estate data processing.

Develop and consume APIs for efficient and secure data exchange.

Work with databases to optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and support scalability.

Collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum team with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Conduct performance tuning and implement security best practices.

Stay current with advancements in .NET and cloud technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming.

Proven experience in developing backend solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.

Proficiency with Docker and familiarity with cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience working in agile/Scrum environments.

English fluency is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Relevant certifications in .NET or cloud platforms are preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes

Knowledge of real estate data or property technology is a bonus
