What is this challenge about

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient backend architectures.
• Create and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize application performance, security, and database queries.
• Maintain and manage MySQL or other relational databases.
• Work with version control systems like Git for code management.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Extensive experience working with Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding Agile methodologies.
• Fluent level of English.
