Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Junior to Mid-Level Data Scientist, you will contribute to data-driven projects, develop complex models, and collaborate across teams to create scalable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, testing, and implementing predictive models and algorithms using Python and relevant machine learning libraries.
- Utilizing Generative AI techniques to produce novel data sets and augment existing ones.
- Designing, building, and deploying AI agents to automate decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Leveraging German language skills to communicate effectively with international teams or clients when required.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data science, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficient in Python programming, including libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Experience with AI Agents development and implementation.
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience in a data scientist role within a tech company or start-up.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings.
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and microservices.
- German language knowledge
