Backend developer - Java/Kotlin

The Backend Developer will be a crucial part of the People and Organization Team, responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems, with a focus on technologies such as Kotlin and Java.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Optimize existing backend systems for performance and scalability.
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves:

  • Strong backend development expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.
  • Experience with backend application design and implementation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend issues effectively.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure or DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or inventory systems.
  • Other skills related to development guilds.
