The Digital UX/UI Designer designs intuitive and visually engaging digital interfaces, ensuring seamless functionality to enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals. Collaborating with the UX Manager and CRO team, this role implements features informed by user research and A/B testing, driving a superior digital customer experience and strengthening the brand’s market presence.

What will you do

• User-Centric Design: Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes informed by user research and usability testing, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Visual Design Excellence: Deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive UI designs aligned with brand guidelines across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design solutions, incorporating feedback to refine features and enhance usability.
• Design System Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency across digital platforms, and support the UX Manager in standardizing components.
• Technology Integration and Innovation: Stay updated on design trends to enhance user experience and ensure designs are practical and optimized for implementation.
• Analytics and Optimization: Support post-launch analysis to identify improvements and collaborate with the CRO team to optimize designs using A/B test results.

What you will bring to the table

You have at least three years of experience in the same field. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Moreover you have:

• Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience in interpreting A/B test results and incorporating findings into designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
