How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop highly optimized C/C++ embedded software for Radio Access Networks, ensuring robust functionality, portability and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and execute unit tests and system component tests to maintain software quality and reliability.
- Analyze and optimize code for various hardware platforms, enhancing system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with a talented team of engineers and cross-functional partners to innovate and improve software solutions.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to drive product advancements and enhance network capabilities.
- Read and interpret complex technical documentation, translating requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Engage in cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology and network performance.
- Grow professionally in a supportive environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing among skilled peers.
You have:
- Over 5 years of software development experience with C/C++
- System-level approach to effectively solve complex code problems
- Experience programming vector processors
- Background in coding AI agents (e.g. MS GitLab Copilot)
- Knowledge of 3GPP RAN1 systems, especially Physical Layer
