About The Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Innovation Lab Data Scientist to join our team and drive cutting-edge artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and a passion for developing innovative AI solutions.

Key Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI algorithms to address real-world challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing platforms
• Conduct research and stay current with AI trends to suggest improvements to existing systems
• Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders
• Develop and deploy LLM-based pipelines involving patterns like RAG, Agentic workflows, and PEFT
• Implement DevOps practices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure continuous integration and delivery
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development with relevant work in ML & LLM app development
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Experience with API frameworks (e.g., Fast API, Django)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong experience with LLM patterns, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), and SDKs (e.g., Langchain, DSPy)
• Knowledge of software engineering practices, version control, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and related patterns like RAG
