We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Specialized Hiring Strategy: Recruit top-tier talent in analytics, data science, machine learning, and business intelligence.
- Employer Branding for Analytics Talent: Position the firm as a leader in data-driven consulting through tech meetups, university partnerships, and industry events.
- Pipeline for Emerging Talent: Develop internship and graduate program hiring pipelines to build a steady stream of analytics professionals.
2. Performance Management & Professional Development
- Data-Driven Career Progression: Implement structured learning paths in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
- Technical & Soft Skills Training: Identify training needs and organize development programs focused on both technical (Python, SQL, R) and soft skills (business storytelling, communication).
- Mentorship Programs: Pair junior analysts with experienced data scientists to accelerate learning and career growth.
3. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Agile Workforce Planning: Adapt to fast-changing analytics trends by enabling cross-functional team movement.
- HR Analytics for Talent Management: Use HR dashboards to track employee engagement, skill development, and retention risks.
- Automation of HR Workflows: Streamline onboarding, training, and performance reviews with digital tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development,
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment,
- Discretion in handling confidential information,
- A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset,
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team,
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
