Technical Support Specialist - Database Configuration

Join our Database Configuration Team and be prepared to join a relaxed and friendly work environment with highly motivated team members! As a part of our team, you will be involved in the configuration of almost every product in the company and will get broad experience. You will be responsible for the configuration of games, the iGaming platform, and various other subsidiary products on test and production environments, testing and troubleshooting, as well as for optimizing and automating configuration processes.

We’re looking for a team member who is thorough in work, passionate about technology and manual processes automation, easy-going, and a team player, with the ability to handle multiple projects and to handle occasional laughs at your mistakes inside your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare configuration scripts and documentation,
• Configure products on multiple test and production environments,
• Test and troubleshoot products on multiple test and production environments,
• Optimize configuration processes,
• Offer support to other teams.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees,
• A process improvement mindset,
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
• Detail-oriented and supportive, able to transfer knowledge to others,
• Basic knowledge of SQL programming language,
• Basic knowledge of SVN systems and HTML,
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
• Self-driven, energetic, confident, and hands-on, can do and get it done attitude.
  
  

Bonus Points If

• You have basic knowledge of Python,
• You have previous experience in the iGaming industry,
• Previous experience in JIRA, Confluence, Logstash,
