DevSecOps Application Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Application Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join a leading global It vendor, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and DevSecOps practices, toolchain integration, automation, and performance management across both traditional and cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis of client IT environments to enhance efficiency through DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Prepare gap analysis documentation and design a tailored DevSecOps automation roadmap from development to operations.
• Architect and implement DevSecOps tooling infrastructure and define integration interfaces across multiple platforms and tools.
• Support full software delivery lifecycle activities including solutioning, building, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations to support continuous improvement and innovation in client environments.
• Ensure best practices in automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security integration, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Application Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing and integrating DevSecOps platforms in enterprise or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of security principles and how to embed them within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to define technical architectures and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments is a plus.
