Job Description

• Understand our users and gamify engagement features to drive business metrics while creating fun and delightful user experiences
• Constantly analyzing our key metrics to identify potential issues or business opportunities and come up with feasible solutions or new improvement ideas
• Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
• Collaborate with data PMs, UI/UX designers, engineers, and game designers to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
• 3+ years experience in product management . Domain knowledge in e-commerce, growth or gaming are highly desirable
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with the China stakeholders
