Job Title: Training Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Skills Needed:

• Strong in written, verbal, and technical communication.
• Proficient in Mac OS X, iOS, Windows, Linux; includes installation, training, support.
• Knowledgeable in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, Bonjour), server administration (LDAP, Open Directory), and support tools (Remote Desktop, Automator, Parallels Desktop, VirtualBox, TeamViewer).
• Experienced with Office Tools (MS Office, Keynote, FileMaker, LibreOffice, iWork).
• Familiar with mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) setup, training, and support.

• Excellent in customer service, composure, presentation, and communication

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) OS 10.6-10.10
• Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) OS 10.8, 10.10
• Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) OS 10.9, 10.10
