Product Manager - Cards

Job Description:

As Manager - Cards you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the development of card products and services, focusing on both card issuing and acquiring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and implement card-related solutions that cater to Doha Bank clients. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our card offerings remain competitive, customer-centric, and aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for card issuing and acquiring, including conceptualization, design, implementation, and product launch.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring our card products are innovative and competitive.
• Manage the product lifecycle for card services, including feature updates, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor industry regulations and ensure all card products comply with relevant banking and financial standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that promote card usage and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of card solutions.
• Analyze product performance and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital solutions that enhance the cardholder experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in card product development within a reputed bank, with a proven track record in both card acquiring and card issuing.
• Strong understanding of card payment ecosystems, trends, and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for working collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
