As an Associate Product Manager, you will be a central point of support for the feature delivery process, fostering strong alignment within the cross-functional team. You will actively identify and resolve execution challenges, ensuring smooth progress. A key aspect of this role involves clear and consistent communication, keeping the team, other departments, and stakeholders informed about the product's current state according to company procedures. Furthermore, you will contribute to product development by gathering valuable data and user feedback.

Furthermore, you will contribute to product development by gathering valuable data and user feedback.
What will you do:
- Maintain product documentation in an actual state according to the standard templates (Jira, feature/experiment documents, initiatives backlog, etc.)
- Define analytical events that we need to put in place to measure feature success
- Create and present artifacts with release results
- Maintain cross-functional coordination for defined features
- Define trade-offs and make decisions on a feature level in sync with the manager and the team
- Gather the data needed to inform decision-making at the design stage for a certain feature
- Present gathered data in a form that drives decision-making (competitors' analysis, user research, analytics, customer feedback, etc.)
- Prepare and communicate company-wide updates in a defined way (monthly reports, status updates, etc.)
- Strong Communication & Collaboration: clear and concise written and verbal communication in English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
- Proactive "Get Things Done" Attitude: highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage tasks like creating presentations, scheduling meetings, and compiling reports.
- Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, and the product development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze information, identify problems, and propose solutions
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: The ability to adapt to new information, learn quickly, and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+) is a must
- Prior experience in product environment (could be little experience in Product Management or experience in an adjacent role in a cross-functional team or a pet project)
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Experience in user research (customer development)
- Fluency or experience with optimizing/automating work using generative AI
