Scrum Master

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for multiple teams.

Coach and mentor Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

Experience in JIRA / Confluence

Experience in creating Kanban board

Experience in producing Agile Metrics

Experience in interacting with various senior stakeholders

Experience in managing or coordinating multiple teams and projects

Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.

Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs and ensure clear sprint goals.

Guide teams in improving their Agile maturity and delivery performance.

Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback.

Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication within and between teams.

Scale Agile practices across the organization, as needed.

Ensure adherence to organizational Agile standards and best practices

Scrum Master Certification needed
