For one of our main IT customers based in Barcelona, we are looking for a skilled Web Architect & Project Manager to lead a transformative project for Poly.com. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX), content creation, and customer insights. You will be responsible for reimagining the website, driving an optimized customer journey, and ensuring seamless integration with our broader digital platforms.

- Salary range: 50K-60K
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Architecture: Design and implement a scalable, user-friendly, and secure website structure that supports business goals.
- Customer Insights Analysis: Utilize customer data, behavior analysis, and feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve the website experience.
- UX & Customer Journey: Partner with UX designers to create a frictionless and engaging customer journey that drives conversion and user satisfaction.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Oversee the content creation process, ensuring that site content is relevant, compelling, and aligned with both user needs and brand messaging.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage web performance tracking, analyzing key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Technical & System Integration: Ensure smooth integration with existing platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and new tools as required.
- Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of the Poly.com overhaul project, from planning through to execution and continuous optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, hp.com) and manage external vendors to deliver a unified project vision.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, Digital Business, UX, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in web architecture, project management, and digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in UX/UI, customer journey mapping, and customer insights analysis.
- Experience with content strategy, overseeing content creation and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and website analytics.
- Ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience in B2B environments or familiarity with Poly products is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS or technical aspects of web development is a bonus
Languages:
- English: Advanced Level (Minimun C1).
