Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: Northampton, UK (Hybrid)
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for developing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences across websites, apps, and platforms. The role includes user research, designing sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance usability and ensure seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business teams to design intuitive user journeys
• Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Improve website/app usability and visual experience
• Build logical information architecture and engaging user flows
Required Skills:
• Strong in user research, usability testing, and analytics
• Expertise in wireframing & prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional but desirable)
• Visual design skills (typography, layout, colors, etc.)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design
• Ability to manage UX projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Continuous learner who stays updated on UX trends and tools
