We’re searching for a highly qualified Programme Manager to help us to aggressively expand our capability to deliver infrastructure transformation projects at scale.
In your role you will support the Head of Transformation Projects to deliver all aspects and phases of infrastructure transformation projects.
The Programme Manager co-ordinates with Technical Architects, Technical SMEs, customers and all relevant stakeholders and ensures delivery of the portfolio of projects within agreed standards for delivery and quality. They lead a matrix team and third-party supplier resources, where applicable, as well as work with multiple business teams and areas to ensure the successful outcome to the projects under their responsibility.
The Programme Manager will also contribute to the standards, processes & tooling of the Transformation team, defining the standards for delivery and quality, and ensuring a repeatable process delivering expected outcomes every time.

- A good understanding of IT infrastructure across cloud platforms and on-premises, including networks, security & project delivery
Responsibilities
- End to end management of portfolio of projects
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- You will take the lead in customer meetings, planning the agenda and ensuring it goes smoothly and all actions are coordinated
- Coaching project members to improve their abilities and skillset
Experience
- 10+ years of commercial experience as a Project/Programme Manager leading Digital projects
- Experience in large scale transformation and migration in the infrastructure space.
- Experience with most of all of the following:
- Data Centres, Cloud, Network, Security, M365.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Project Management Tools
Qualifications
Relevant PM academic qualification – e.g. PRINCE2, PMP
