Senior Software Engineer

With an incredibly strong engineering team and a proven product, the company is now setting its sights on global expansion, starting with the US market. This is a rare opportunity to join an elite group of engineers at a critical scaling phase, working closely with a hands-on CTO and four exceptional team members from some of the industry's most respected firms.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Engineer to play a foundational role in both technical leadership and hands-on engineering. You’ll be helping shoulder key responsibilities alongside the CTO while contributing to the ongoing development, stability, and scaling of a high-frequency, low-latency platform. You’ll work across all layers of the stack — building scalable cloud-native systems, managing real-time data flows, and ensuring infrastructure performance and resiliency.

• DevOps: Kubernetes, IAC, Serverless, CI/CD, AWS, Azure
• Languages: Python, C#, Go,
• Data : MLOps, Kafka, Redis, Spark, Dask, S3
• Monitoring & Ops: Prometheus, Grafana, Helm

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with time spent in high-frequency trading, gaming, or low-latency systems
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native systems, microservices, and distributed computing
• Proven experience with DevOps tools and practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving start-up environment
• A self-starter who thrives on ownership, accountability, and complex technical challenges
