DevOps Engineer | Hyper Growth Startup | $155k + Super

Pearson Carter are working with a heavily backed startup who are looking to innovate the gaming industry.

Using the power of UGC, they are looking to become a household name over the next few years.

Due to a huge cash injection, they are looking to add a DevOps Engineer with a strong AWS background to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect, deploy, and enhance cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure.
• Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to streamline automation and accelerate deployments.
• Strengthen system reliability, security, and performance across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
• Partner with Web & Game Services teams to drive new initiatives.
• Offer cloud security guidance and best practices to engineering teams.
• Support application architecture with cloud and infrastructure expertise.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with scripting and programming (Bash, Python, JSON, YAML, etc.).
• 3+ years working with AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS technologies.
• 3+ years experience using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.).
• Deep expertise in AWS networking services and concepts.
• Strong proficiency in container technologies (Docker, ECS, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC-2).
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to $155,000 + Super.

2x per week - Prahran
