Site Reliability Engineer

Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure. ? Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor system performance and respond to incidents to maintain high availability and reliability. ? Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. ? CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes. ? Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. ? System Design: Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. ? Metrics and Analysis: Gather and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Requirements: ? Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SRE and DevOps principles. ? Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (DataDog). ? Programming: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, or Bash. ? Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
