We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our ML Vector team in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to generate actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists of the ML Vector team to achieve goals and objectives of domain;
• Collect, clean, and analyze large amounts of data from various sources and generate actionable insights;
• Perform statistical analysis, EDA and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in different kinds of data;
• Analyze and validate the accuracy of implemented ML models, propose hypotheses to improve the models;
• Conduct A/B testing on models output, ad creatives, targeting strategies, app monetization methods, and product features to optimize ad performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to understand ad tech data needs and deliver relevant insights;
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, 3+ years;
• Advanced knowledge and substantial experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy, basics of Python development);
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (ClickHouse will be plus);
• Deep understanding machine learning concepts and frameworks;
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. PySpark);
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques;
• Experience with a/b testing, deep understanding of statistics;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
  
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with data engineering and data visualization tools;
• Experience with Databricks / Snowflake;
• Experience in the ad-tech sector;
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
