Join a government organisation that is leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation program focused on enhancements as part of the wider FY2026 program of work. Based in the CBD and offering 2 days on site 3 from home working arrangements with competitive rates.

Your New Role

As the Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the live Microsoft Dynamics 365 product. You’ll lead vendor management, implement enhancements, and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of future releases.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the live product operations, ensuring effective vendor management and driving enhancements.
• Collaborate with project teams, including the PM and sponsors, to establish a governance structure that ensures smooth operations and strategic alignment.
• Deliver future releases, focusing on complaint management and investigations modules (currently 70% complete, with 30% remaining).
• Utilize Agile methodology and Azure DevOps to manage defined scopes, timelines, and iterative improvements.
• Ensure the long-term management and success of the system while fostering coordination among stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within government organisations.
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to work across business improvement teams, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Strategic thinking to navigate complex systems and deliver innovative solutions aligned with the organisation’s vision.
