About Us

Programa is a Melbourne-based early-stage venture-backed startup seeking to revolutionize the interior design, architecture and furniture industry through an end-to-end SaaS-enabled marketplace. Programa makes it easier for designers to manage their projects and for suppliers to manage, promote and sell their products.

Job Description

You'll be working closely with the founders, senior product designer and our passionate users. We're building a big product that solves big problems for a global and you'll be in the centre of the business.

You'll have understanding of product strategy, UI and UX design conventions, a keen eye for pixel perfection and and be passionate about shipping great product.

About You

• 3+ years of experience with the end-to-end product design process
• An expert in Figma
• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products
• Product strategy - You will work closely with our product team to build product strategies and influence product development across ideation and launch
• You have experience working with founders or senior managers
• You're excited by regularly coming up with new features and ideas, and love to ship new products and features that help our users
• You're organised and love well considered product design that results in great UX and happy users
• You love working with the broader team, including founders, engineers, product developers, users and everyone else involved with bringing ideas to life
• Have deep empathy for our customers' pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, and product usage), and develop solutions to meet those needs
• You are a problem solver that’s excited by a challenge. You enjoy sitting in a room and whiteboarding ideas to confidently come up with simple, elegant solutions that everyone can move forward with
• Not be afraid of getting hands-on and working quickly within a small team
• You're passionate about our users and enjoy combinign this with research and data analysis
• You enjoy a little flexibility in your work. Our growth means there are constantly new things to work on every day, as such it’s likely that you’ll often be working across the board on new and exciting projects
