To strengthen our Information Security team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Student Support for 20h/week.

Your Role

• You support our CISO in managing ongoing cybersecurity projects, including compliance initiatives, risk assessments, and security audits
• You assist in gathering and analyzing cybersecurity threat intelligence, reporting relevant findings to the CISO and cybersecurity team
• You help with tracking and managing vulnerabilities across the organization’s IT and OT environments, coordinating remediation efforts with relevant teams
• You aid in the development and deployment of cybersecurity awareness training for employees, focusing on best practices and emerging threats
• You assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
• You help with cybersecurity incidents by helping gather data, documenting incident details, and coordinating the communication with our key stakeholders
• You assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing
  
  

Your Profile

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, business informatics, software engineering or a comparable field
• You already gained first work/internship experience in a cybersecurity and/or IT role
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent knowledge in cybersecurity topics
• A basic knowledge of security tools and platforms (e.g. firewalls, SIEM, vulnerability scanners) is a plus
• You are a detail-oriented and analytical person, with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent communication in English (C-Level) is a matter of course for you, and German skills are an advantage

The salary for this position is € 2,346 gross per month on a full-time basis in the Bachelor studies / € 2,550 in the Master studies.
