We are looking for a Production Engineer, who will play an important role in optimizing our processes and driving efficiency as we scale our production.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and optimizing production processes and workflows, for both new product implementation and serial production
• Preparing technical drawings, work instructions and other documentation for production activities
• Designing and developing production fixtures and tools
• Managing product BOM in the ERP system and ensuring accuracy
• Driving the development and implementation of production technology
• Supporting hardware engineers
• Providing daily support and training to production workers on requirements and assembly best practices
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components and assembly processes
• Experience in the development and testing of electrical systems
• Previous experience in production engineering for 3-5 years
• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changes and collaborate across teams
• Good knowledge in CAD (it would be good if in Inventor and Vault)
• Experience in developing processes from scratch
• Knowledge in Lean manufacturing principles, kaizen and continuous improvement
