We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of our WithSecure Elements Exposure Management program. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful development and growth of our exposure management capabilities, aligning with our strategic goals and market demands. As a key member of the Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving program success, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with our SAFe framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of Exposure Management program, identify and mitigate risks and issues, coordinate with stakeholders and other Company Agility Release Trains (ARTs).
• Apply and champion SAFe principles and practices, facilitate program increment (PI) planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration with product managers, engineers, marketing and sales.
• Actively participate in the Management Team, contributing to strategic planning, decision making and monitoring Objects and Key Results (OKRs)
• Report program status, risk and performance to senior management.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in a software development environment, preferably within the cyber security industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and delivering results on time.
• Extensive experience working within the SAFe framework.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
