Job Description

Your Job:

• Firmware upgrades and patching of network devices according to agreed-upon frequency and OEM recommendations.

• Configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet SD-WAN.

• Configuration of HPE/Aruba switches and Aruba Wireless.

• Management of DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools, including EfficientIP and Infoblox, load balancers using ADC and F5, SSL encryption, including ports, ciphers, and protocols.

• Coordination of hands-and-feet support for network devices at customer data centers.

• Operational support for incident, change, and problem management for data center network devices.

• Managing DNS and DHCP services, including configuration, maintenance, and capacity monitoring.

• Providing IP address management services, including installation, relocation, and upgrading of devices.

Your profile:

• Experience in firmware upgrades and patching of network devices.

• Knowledge and experience in WAN/DC-LAN infrastructure management.

• Proficiency in DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools, including EfficientIP and Infoblox.

• Experience with load balancer management using ADC and SSL encryption..

• Understanding of change management processes.

• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
