About Your New Job

• As a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer, you will work with our cloud platform teams to deliver reliable runtimes for business-critical workloads.
• Be the expert on the state of the cloud platforms, working on software and systems challenges.
• Engage in a variety of challenges that require a background in software engineering, systems engineering, or previous SRE experience.

What Skills You Need

• Hands-on experience deploying and/or supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale.
• Experienced with Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS and Azure.
• Comfortable with container orchestration, preferably with Kubernetes.
• Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python and Go.
• Have previously designed, implemented, and hosted solutions based in AWS and/or Azure.
• Solid understanding/experience of networking, virtualization, storage, containers, and serverless.
• Experience with Linux systems, ideally with systems administration.
• Ability to automate with various scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting, etc.).
• Experience managing systems using infrastructure as code tools (IAM, ARM, Terraform, Chef, etc.).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.

What’s on Offer

• Daily Rate Up To €450
• Hybrid working environment that is remote the majority of the month with one full week on-site per month
• Good likelihood of contract extensions
