Senior Data Analyst - Tableau SME

The Data Analytics Expert will play a critical role in supporting operational teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights. These insights will guide business strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Lead data analysis projects and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage projects related to IT infrastructure setup, particularly in operational environments.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable recommendations based on data analytics.
• Assist in integration testing, acceptance processes, and project planning activities.
• Organize workshops and regular calls focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the quality, accuracy, and plausibility of data while evaluating its impact on business processes.
• Design and maintain operational processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform technical tasks related to data infrastructure, such as performance tuning, security management, and backups.
• Take on additional responsibilities aligned with your skills and experience as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau is essential (certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Data Analyst are required).
• Knowledge of SQL is necessary; familiarity with machine learning is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical expertise with business understanding to effectively communicate insights between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to abstract complex concepts.
• Experience in programming, data management tools, and analysis software.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
