What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an attitude in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
- Experience with a CMS tool is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and rigorous.
- Digital savvy.
What do we expect from you?
- Support on the website and e-commerce project.
- Support in bug fixing, application maintenance and UX/UI improvement.
- Support in the Online Store Management strategy.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis on websites strategies and contents, to provide business insights and identify future opportunities.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on website's performance and e-commerce sales.
- Monitoring of the main traffic KPIs, using Google Analytics 4.
- Ad hoc analysis on user experience, products assortment etc.
