Project Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Leading projects for the development of novel RF/RADAR functions
• Managing the in-time, in-scope progress of a project
• Actively gathering business and technical intelligence by communicating with all necessary stakeholders
• Moderate project meetings, ensuring that all relevant communication channels with internal and external stakeholders are used efficiently
• Regular tracking of the project status
• Analyzing the planning for inconsistencies or critical aspects and propose and implement alternatives with the team
• Pursuing the goals stated in the roadmap
• Proactive reporting of decisions, critical project status, risk or management support needs
• Working closely with other project and team leaders on continuous improvement
  
  

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
• Background in managing research and development projects is an asset
• Profound knowledge in project definition, planning and management
• Basic understanding of the design process for complex automotive products (system, hardware, software and mechanical design)
• Capability to decompose technical requirements into multidisciplinary work packages together with the relevant stakeholders
• Ability to moderate multidisciplinary teams and present complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team and guide team decisions
• Open-minded, positive, problem-solving attitude, good communication skills, flexibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Experience with DOORS, SVN, and MS Project is considered an asset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assets
