DevOps Engineer

Role: DevOps Engineer – Cloud Transformation (Windows)

Location: Bioggio, Switzerland (100% Onsite, 5 days/week)

Job Purpose:

The role focuses on supporting a cloud transformation initiative, primarily working with Windows systems and DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub.
• Provide L3 support, incident and problem management for Windows systems and middleware.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Deliver first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Contribute to service improvement plans and proposal creation.
• Handle ticket resolution independently, ensuring SLA targets for volume and resolution time are met.
• Engage in knowledge base updates, training of new team members, mentorship, and interviews.
