Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern at Coca-Cola, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
• Review and analyze consumer and market research data to uncover valuable insights that inform brand strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the coordination of product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree
• Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Romania. No visa sponsorship is provided.
• Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 40 hours/week for a 6 month internship.
• Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
• Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
• Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
• Relevant knowledge: Knowledge in marketing principles, creativity, digital marketing, social media, market research and data analysis.
