The role

We're searching for a passionate Product Designer with a love for interaction design, product thinking, and pixel-perfect execution to join the Legora team as our second product designer. You will have the autonomy to drive impact and shape the future of our products while enjoying the benefits of a small design team, including close collaboration and plenty of room for growth.

As a Product Designer, you will imagine, craft, prototype, and launch innovative features that will transform how lawyers work. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, lead projects, and help define the vision.

This is an opportunity to solve exciting design challenges that impact legal professionals daily. AI is creating new and innovative ways to solve these problems, making this an especially exciting time to be a product designer. You'll play a key role in shaping our internal culture and ways of working as an early member of the design team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end design projects for high impact product areas from concept to execution.
• Creating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals at different stages to validate design decisions.
• Working closely with engineers and product managers to define problems and ensure a high-quality implementation.
• Establishing early processes that continue to advocate our attention to detail and design-centric approach.
• Owning and evolving the product design system, ensuring it scales effectively.
• Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  
  

Who you are

• You have a portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast-paced environment.
• You have shipped complex high quality software products.
• You have excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills. You have good taste and know what feels and looks good.
• You are a good storyteller and can convey complex ideas and design rationale You have expert technical knowledge and skills in Figma. Framer or any other website builder tools is a plus.
• You're interested in the overall company design and are passionate about more than just product design—you care about brand design too.
• You have an affinity with AI and stay up-to-date on the latest AI design patterns.
