Project Manager(“Document and Data Driven Stream” for the SAP S/4 Hana transformation project)The Project manager shall be responsible for the “Document and Data Driven Stream” for the SAP S/4 Hana transformation project.The Project manager shall be responsible for planning and overseeing the stream to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project manager shall plan and assign resources, prepare budget, monitor progress, do inter team alignments and keep stakeholders informed during the entire program.Aside from the usual ability to balance time, budget and quality, the project manager is expected to navigate comfortably between IT and Business Units and coordinate the various resources of the project. Skills: Necessary experience:At least 8 years of experience as Project ManagerSuccessful track record in projects including the following topics:• Budget adherence• Time and scope management• Resource efficiency• Risk and Issue management• Stakeholder management Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles including use of DevopsInternational experienceRunning large complex project with many stakeholdersExperience working with cross European project team and large organizations, incl interface between technical and business stakeholders Cooperation will be done mostly online but some travel will be required. Profile:Quickly understand new business processes/requirements and technologiesStrong problem-solving skillsResult-orientated mindsetStructured way of workingStrong communication skills Tasks:The IT Project manager shall be responsible for the “Document and Data Driven Stream (D3W)” for a S/4 Hana transformation project. The Project manager shall be responsible for planning and overseeing the stream to ensure it is completed in a timely delivery and within budget.The Project manager shall plan and assign resources, prepare budget, assign and steer delivery packages and monitor progress.Additionally, within the program organisation the project manager does the inter team alignments linked to the D3W stream and keep stakeholders updated. Aside from the usual ability to balance time, budget and quality, the project manager is expected to navigate comfortably between IT and Business Units and coordinate the various resources of the project. Necessary experience:At least 8 years of experience as Project Manager.SAP ERP & S/4HANA project experiences strongly recommended.Ideally knowing the SAP Document and Information Management capabilities.Fluent English & Swedish. Successful track record in projects including the following topics: • Budget adherence• Time and scope management• Resource efficiency• Risk and Issue management• Stakeholder management Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles including use of Azure DevOps as a tool.International project experience.Running large complex project with many stakeholders
