Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape our strategic direction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze complex datasets, and present your findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Some of the things you will be working on:

• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments such as finance, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the data analytics field to continuously improve processes and tools.

Essential Skills:

• Advanced SQL Proficiency – Expertise in querying, optimizing, and managing large datasets using BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
• Statistical & Predictive Analytics – Strong proficiency in Python, R, etc., for advanced data modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
• Business Intelligence & Data Visualization – Experience with industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik, Power BI, etc., to create insightful reports and dashboards.

We believe you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis.

Our Hiring Process:

1. The Hiring Managers will review your application profile. The first interview will be conducted by our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
2. If we decide to move forward, we will send you a recruitment test from our supplier Alva Labs for objective screening.
3. Interviews on Teams and/or in person, for a mutual understanding of the benefits of working together.
4. Possibly a case/problem set, when relevant.
5. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp.
6. Please note that a background check may be conducted simultaneously with the reference check.
