Graphic Designer (Wayfinding and Signage)

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As a Graphic Designer reporting into the Head of Visualization, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities include

• Creating visual content for real estate developments, including brochures, manuals, signage, wayfinding systems, and presentations.
• Developing the Manual Book standard for Azizi projects — scalable and repeatable across developments.
• Understanding print production, materials, and proportions for physical elements, including mockups and material samples.
• Overseeing layout composition, visual hierarchy, and print specifications.
• Ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication visuals.
• Collaborating with 3D visualization and marketing teams.
• Contributing fresh, fast ideas — creativity is more valued than software alone.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in architecture, interiors, or real estate).
• Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on wayfinding, manuals, and marketing visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic 3D tools ( 3D Max, or others) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in print production, material mockups, and signage systems.
• Strong sense of composition, layout, and branding.
• Hands-on, independent, creative mindset — able to generate quick, smart ideas with high visual standards.
