User Experience Designer (Arabic Speaking)

I’m on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer to join an incredible TechForGood startup that we're currently partnered with. If you're passionate about meaningful work and fit the criteria below, I’d love to hear from you!

🔍 What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (strong preference for excellent UX and problem-solving skills over visual design flair)

- Arabic speaker

- Experience building digital products for young audiences

- Max 30-day notice period

✨ Bonus points for:

- Designing an AI product

- Knowledge of gamification

- Experience as a sole/founding designer

📍 Location: Remote (within Dubai or potentially another Middle Eastern country)

✈️ Travel: Bi-weekly travel required for the first 6 months

💰 Salary: Up to 30k AED/month - higher possible for the right person
