Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, and Risk Management. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strong technical capabilities, exceptional soft skills, and deep domain knowledge to effectively drive business and data initiatives across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with data engineers and reporting teams to design and implement robust data solutions using SQL, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Data Studio.
• Utilize Power BI and Power Automate to create dashboards and automate business processes where applicable.
• Support risk management and compliance efforts by translating regulatory requirements into technical and business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs within timelines.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of business processes through analysis and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and writing complex stored procedures
• Experience with Azure Data Studio, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques and documentation best practices
