Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with the other engineers in the squad, the product owner, and the other teams to integrate hardware and software systems and continuously deliver high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready software and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • Uphold best practices in engineering, security, quality, and design and update and enhance existing software capabilities including developing and directing software testing.
  • Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to get technical direction and research, design and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs that optimize business metrics.
  • Communicate technology and product strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and leadership.
  • Build industry leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure.
  • Produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with standards and best practices.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources by applying principles and techniques of computer science and engineering.
  • Follow release management policies to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system stability.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience building and supporting production quality software.
  • Experience owning projects from end-to-end.
  • Experience in PHP, React.js, JavaScript, MySQL is a must.
  • Experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with other strong back-end skills.
  • Experience working with a relational database.
  • Experience with object-oriented software development.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organization, analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills.

No. of Positions: 2 (Two)

Salary Range: SGD 10000 - 13000 monthly
