Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and support.
  • Design and architect scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee development processes, ensuring best practices and code quality.
  • Work closely with product, UX, and stakeholders to align tech with business needs.
  • Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
  • Conduct code reviews, resolve complex issues, and improve performance.
  • Guide strategic tech decisions and roadmap planning.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth system integration.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in software development, including 2+ in leadership.
  • Expertise in modern web/app tech (Vue.js, Node.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js).
  • Strong grasp of architecture patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building systems from scratch.
  • Knowledge of secure coding and security best practices.
  • Background in managing distributed or remote teams.
