The Digital Product Owner will play a critical leadership role in defining, building, and delivering AI-powered digital solutions. This role bridges business strategy, technology execution, and frontline operations, ensuring that products deliver measurable value and align with Companys' digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site Implementation

• Partner with frontline teams in industrial and mining environments to implement, test, and refine AI-driven digital solutions.
• Drive adoption by educating teams on new tools and ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
  1. Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and own the roadmap for AI and digital products, ensuring alignment with company digital transformation strategy.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital products into companys' Operations Nerve Center, Always-On Planning, and Connected Worker initiatives.
  2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary liaison between executives, engineers, data scientists, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead discovery workshops with organization leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, AI capabilities, and technology infrastructure.
  3. Agile Product Development & Execution
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Own the backlog and sprint planning, ensuring an agile approach to digital product development.
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to create functional, user-centric products.
• Define and monitor key success metrics to track the impact of digital solutions.
  4. Implementation & Change Management
• Partner with frontline teams to ensure successful adoption of digital products.
• Lead training and change management efforts to maximize user adoption and product success.
• Gather feedback from users and continuously refine digital solutions.
  5. Mentorship & Team Development
• Manage and mentor Digital Product Associates, guiding them in product execution and problem-solving.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product team.
  Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or AI-driven solutions.
• Background in consulting, industrial operations, or AI/technology-driven businesses
• Good experience in Agile development, backlog management, and sprint execution.
• Proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution, working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing AI/ML or data-driven solutions in operational environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.
