Our client is a leading digital currency platform providing a one-stop digital payment solutions for merchants and financial institutions to accept a comprehensive suite of payment methods in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. As part of their growth, there is now an opportunity for a rising star to join their team as Middle Office Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Middle Office Manager will be involved in the following :-

• Lead the reconciliation of incoming digital assets and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Verify blockchain transactions and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, accounting).
• Drive process improvements, implementing automation to streamline reconciliation.
• Oversee reporting and recording of incoming assets in internal systems.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the potential Middle Office Manager should meet the following criteria :-

• At least 8 years of experience in finance, auditing, or operations, ideally within the digital asset.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, asset transactions, and platform systems
• Proven ability to manage reconciliation processes, identify discrepancies, and ensure resolution
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (KYC/AML) in the digital asset space.
