Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive maintenance with regular documentation update
  • Project implementation in network related domain etc. tech refresh, wifi setup
  • Interact with cross functional teams, understand support requirement, performs ad-hoc root-cause analysis

Ideal candidate should possess

  • ITE in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline and above
  • Network knowledge in Cisco/Alcatel preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Class 3 driving license would be preferred
  • *Project requires local citizen only
  • **CCNA and above certification will be preferred
