Responsibilities:

• Lead technical integration projects with newly acquired studios, overseeing all aspects from design to successful implementation
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to teams across multiple studios
• Identify and implement improvements to existing codebases and architectures
• Develop high-performance solutions for critical systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge transfer
• Drive collaboration between client and backend teams
• Plan and execute refactoring activities to improve code quality and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with studio leadership to define technical roadmaps
• Serve as the focal point for production issues and cross-team technical challenges
• Design and implement efficient testing strategies for high-load systems
• Participate in configuration management and deployment process improvements
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience with PHP development
• 3+ years of experience with Java backend development
• Proven experience working with high-load distributed systems
• Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Memcached, Aerospike)
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)

• Experience with gaming industry backend systems
• Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience integrating systems across multiple technical environments
• Understanding of data analysis and performance optimization
