As a member of GreyOrange’s product managementteam, you will own defining Grey Orange’s current and future product strategiesfor controlling robotic operations in warehouses. The successful candidate willbe able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects. S/he will ideallyhave both a strong background in product management and planning, combined withstrong business acumen, allowing the candidate to provide deep analysis on newtechnologies and architectures while simultaneously judging the marketpotential of those emerging products and solutions. The ability to work crossfunctionally with other organizations in the robotics engineering,manufacturing, and operations is critical. Candidates should have a proventrack record of defining complex and cross-functional products and productstrategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform analysis of marketand technology opportunity, strategic competitive analysis that manages GreyOrange’s robots at warehouses.
• To translate market/customerrequirements to define "WHAT" needs to be done and "WHY".
• Support any marketingproposal/decision with comprehensive business rationale.
• Direct interaction withcustomers to understand their requirements
• Conduct market and customerresearch to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, andpresent recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with functionalleads and other team members to define product and solution level detailsrequired to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to marketthat meet our customers’ demands.
• Provide market/customercontext to the product engineering team. Develop customer evaluation programsand prepare customer messaging for product issues when necessary in areas ofownership.
  
  

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience as aProduct Manager in software products preferably with domain knowledge (SCM/Warehouse domain)
• Experience with SaaS basedenterprise products would be preferred.
• Should have Internationalexposure.
• Experience in productlifecycle management is required.
• Should be able to definerequirements/ user stories that help us achieve business metrics.
• Strong business/financialacumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact withcross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication,execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiationabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering from a top tier institute is necessary
• Master’s Degree / MBA wouldbe an added advantage
• Willingness to travel tocustomer sites (North America, Europe, South Korea)
