Crypto-Native Product Manager

Muxon is looking for a Product Manager o shape and scale stablecoin and payment solutions for one of our partners, a fast-growing US fintech company developing next-generation blockchain-based payment and asset management solutions. The company is remote-first and backed by top-tier investors from the fintech and crypto world.

Whether you are a hands-on Product Manager ready to step into leadership or an experienced Head of Product seeking full ownership of the roadmap, this role offers the flexibility to match your strengths.

You’ll work closely with users, engineers, and executives to develop impactful features, from core payment flows to innovative asset management tools. You’ll own real problems—not just tickets.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in Product Management in crypto-related projects, with significant experience in payments.
• Strong understanding of payments, financial products, or fintech ecosystems
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Clear communication skills, especially in writing and documentation
• Comfort working in early-stage, fast-paced environments
• Passion for blockchain, stablecoins, and creating products with real-world impact

Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision and roadmap for blockchain-based financial solutions
• Translate user needs into actionable specs
• Conduct research and gather feedback from early adopters
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build, launch, and iterate
• Support or lead product sprints and backlog prioritization
• Define and track key product metrics
• Stay informed on trends in fintech, payments, and digital assets
• Influence strategic decisions depending on your level of seniority
